We ship most orders within 1–2 working days from our local warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Japan.
- Domestic delivery: 3–5 days, depending on the destination

Who delivers my order?
Amazon is our logistics partner and chooses the best carrier for your address, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order any time on our Track My Order page with your order number and email.
I ordered several items. Will they arrive together?
We try to send everything together, but some items may ship separately depending on the product. You'll get a shipping email for each package.
Can I change my address after the order ships?
Once a package is on its way, the delivery address can't be changed. If you notice a mistake before it ships, contact us right away.
