Claim Your Warranty

Order ID: You can find it in your purchase history of your account .The order id was in there.

Model Number: You can find it  in your account's purchase history, as well as on the listing page,or packaging,user manual. Some products come with the model number printed directly on them. The product model number is an identification of the product you have purchased, so that we can know which product you have purchased and provide you with our quick service better.

SN: The SN number can be seen on the the product body. Usually it’s located on a sticker, tag, or printed directly on the product,it looks like SN: SN21J11.

Note:Before LASTAR release you a replacement ,exchanged merchandise is subject to quality testing and inspection upon receipt by LASTAR.Please contact us via email service@lastarhome.com to return the defective item.
