How are the red and white modes different?
The dedicated red setting uses 670nm light for an evening atmosphere. The four white settings offer 3000K, 4500K, 5500K and 6500K tones for relaxing, reading and desk lighting. The 10,000 lux rating applies to white light, not the red mode.
Can I change the brightness in red mode?
Yes. Choose from five brightness levels: 5%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. White light modes also have five brightness settings.
Does it switch off automatically?
Select a 30, 60, 90 or 120-minute timer to turn the lamp off automatically. It is an auto-off timer, not a scheduled wake-up alarm.
Does it remember my favorite setting?
The memory function recalls your last light mode and brightness. You can make adjustments with the included remote or the touch controls on the lamp.
Is this a rechargeable lamp?
This model uses a plug-in power adapter. Keep it connected to power during use; it is not a cordless, battery-powered lamp.
Does the lamp guarantee better sleep?
No specific sleep result is guaranteed. The red mode provides an alternative evening light setting; it should not be treated as a cure for insomnia or another medical condition.
